Evidently, just the threat of taking Carter to get his hearing tested was all he needed to shape up. He started talking today....a week to the day before his test was scheduled! We weren't too worried, but it's still a relief to have him doing what he's "supposed" to be doing. He's awful proud of himself too and has not stopped babbling all day long!!!!!
