I went with Emma on her preschool field trip today. We went to a local mexican restaurant. They got to walk around the kitchen (where I witnessed a health code violation when one of the kids picked her nose and wiped it on a cooler...I am so not even kidding) They had a pinata and then got to eat chips and salsa all while learning a little bit about Cinco de Mayo. They also got to ride the city bus to get there (and that was the highlight for a few of them!)

Throw in some margaritas, and it would have been the perfect day! :) I miss Puerta's!!
