Morgan got a responsibility chart for Christmas that we have been using every day since then. My friend Lee (who is an elementary school principal) gave us a great idea on how to use it. Morgan's new bedtime is 7pm and for every magnet she earns she gets to stay up 10 minutes later. She has 7 magnets so therefore she has the opportunity to stay up until 8:10 (which is also 10 minutes later than her sister and therefore a HUGE deal) However, if she misses any magnets, then she does not earn the extra time. Seems to be working like a charm so far!
